Event Details

During this session, explore basic cardiac life support including the assessment and management of airway, breathing and circulation.  Well-trained veterinary technicians are important aspects of a successful resuscitation.  This lab will include CPR methods utilized by veterinary professionals with 2-3 people working as a team or in a situation where the technician may be performing CPR alone.  

Parasitology Lab. Veterinary technicians perform various laboratory tasks in clinics.  During this session, students will take a microscopic look at common internal and external parasites found in animals.
